The Shihab Thangal Center, named after the late Panakkad Syed Muhammadali Shihab Thangal, has been operating in association with Kalamassery Medical College for more than a decade. Over the years, the center has undertaken numerous charitable projects, including distributing medicines to the poor and needy patients, providing medical aid to the people, and offering ambulance services to those in need.

The center is providing ambulance services, medical aid and other charitable services to the most needed in the society.The trust started with the services of a mobile clinical laboratory to diagnose lifestyle diseases especially kidney related diseases at an early stage, which are causing endless suffering and financial burden on people.
